The workshops interweave topics of discussion with various forms of meditations, music, literary passages, and arts.
Within a caring atmosphere, workshops take place in small group settings, encouraging belonging and acceptance. This in turn cultivates individuals’ positive emotional well-being. Participants are given the opportunity to understand their inner thoughts and feelings and express them in both verbal and non-verbal forms.
It is my wish to welcome you into this unique world of self-discovery.

Furniture Restoration Workshop
I invite you to join me on this wonderful journey of discovering the transformational possibilities of old wooden furniture!
I have been offering this workshop for many years, and the results never cease to amaze participants.
Once the piece is in my workshop your hands will begin the process of uncovering its layers and your mind will wander to what special place it will take in your own home.
A step-by-step approach will teach participants wood refurbishment techniques. This includes stripping of old paints and varnishes, sanding techniques, and final treatments of wood including staining, chalk painting, stencilling and varnishing.
Bring in that old chair or trunk and see what it can become!

It has been said that cultivating mindfulness is the process of giving your life back to yourself.
The aim of this workshop is to foster your ability to open yourself to integrating mindfulness into your daily life.
Within a small group setting, core components and practices of mindfulness will be discussed. From attitudinal foundations to scientific reviews, topics of mindfulness will be taught and then reflected upon through meditation and artistic expression.
It is my wish that opening your inner doors into the processes of Mindfulness will become a practice that enhances your life and well-being!

‘A Day at a Time’ Journaling Workshop
As I have copyrighted this system by the European Board of Patents, this Journaling system is like no other!
Based on the seven days of the week, participants choose a theme and artistically create a unique journal by which to reflect daily.
In making the journal an array of artistic materials is available such as paints, inks, pastels, chalk, water colours, pencils, charcoal, wood and cloth.
Designed for self-growth, journals also include participants reflections on literary quotes and passages.
I warmly welcome you to this distinctive experience!
Mondays: 11.30am – 1.30pm
